Orders & Payment
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Orders are confirmed before processing.

Product Usage
For best results, customers must follow the recommended usage method provided by Zist Organics.

Products should not be used with other brands' products targeting the same concern (e.g., anti-acne, anti-dark spot), as this may affect results.

Results & Guarantee
We offer a results-based satisfaction guarantee.

If a product does not show noticeable improvement within 2 to 3 weeks, customers may request an exchange or return, provided:

- The product was used according to our instructions  
- No other conflicting products were used  
- The claim is supported with proper details
